Service · Before the tender
Bid Readiness & Improvement
For suppliers with a tender coming up and evidence, policies or case studies scattered across the business.

What we do
What the service covers
We evaluate and upgrade your existing collateral to ensure you are fully prepared to mobilise the moment a tender is published. By addressing foundational requirements and content gaps in advance, your team can focus on solution tailoring during the live bid period.
Collateral & Evidence Banks
We audit your past submissions to extract and refine your strongest narratives, structuring a comprehensive, accessible library of case studies and evidence bases for your team to pull from.
Targeted Gap Analysis
By cross-referencing your current materials against your forecasted pipeline, we pinpoint exactly where evidence is missing. We then work directly with your Subject Matter Experts to build out these missing pieces before the procurement goes live.
Market Entry Stress-Testing
When targeting an adjacent sector, we act as a critical friend to pressure-test your operational assumptions. We challenge your proposition to ensure it is credible and fully aligned with the unique realities of a new market.
Compliance & Certification Assurance
We verify that your business holds the mandatory legal registrations, policy frameworks, and industry certifications expected for your upcoming tenders, ensuring no procedural hurdles block your submission.

What is a bid readiness review?
A structured check of whether your evidence, policies and certifications will stand up to the tenders you plan to bid, done before the tender is live.
A review typically covers case studies, policies, accreditations such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials, and the content library your writers draw on. The output is a list of gaps, ranked by how many marks each one is likely to cost.
How long does it take?
Typically 4- 6 weeks, depending on how many past bids and sectors are in scope.
Larger reviews include interviews with your bid and delivery teams and a sample of past bids and evaluator feedback, where the most useful lessons usually sit.
What does a readiness review cost?
It is a fixed-fee project.
A fixed fee gives you a known cost up front, and the findings feed straight into your next tender response.
