Although I am relatively new to Bid Management, I bring strong project management experience from managing automotive workshops across Birmingham, London, and Essex. My background has built excellent organisational and communication skills, which I use to coordinate bids, support mobilisation planning, and manage back-office systems.

With over 10 years’ experience as a Bid Director and Solutions Architect, I specialise in securing high-value government contracts across justice, healthcare, IT, and Defence. I lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, using a human-centred approach to ensure proposals are practical, commercially sound, and focused on real client impact.

I am a specialist Technical Bid and Proposal Writer with extensive experience helping companies secure major public sector contracts. In the past year, I have authored bids totalling >£200 mil across DfT, DfE, DWP, MoJ, MoD, and NHSE, with close to £100 mil worth of wins. My experience spans writing for technology companies across the full spectrum of services, from front-end and back-end development, UX/UI, APIs, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines to AI and automation enhancement, and Agile delivery models.

Since joining FBS, my focus has been on strengthening back-office processes, policies, and documentation to bring structure and clarity to the growing business. I enjoy improving how things work behind the scenes, spotting opportunities for improvement, and helping the team run smoothly.
Though I am new to the bid world, I am passionate about learning, building knowledge, and adding value wherever I can.

I began my career in the Civil Service before moving into project controls and management roles across Defence. Transitioning into business development, I enjoy working with SMEs to shape solutions, build strong partnerships, and develop compelling proposals.
Since joining FBS, I have quickly become a valued member of the team, bringing a collaborative approach and a passion for delivering successful outcomes. I am currently studying for a degree in Wildlife Conservation.

I am new to the world of bidding, and have joined Flexible Business Solutions to tap into their expertise and experience. Writing, however, is my passion, and I hope to be able to translate that skill and love for the craft to the world of bids.
Before FBS, I followed on from my Masters degree (and COVID) to work as a GIS technician (digital mapping) at a land agency company, and later on, as a lands surveyor for utilities clients.
